Pricing

The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website and are confirmed in the automated e-mail you will receive once you have placed your order. All prices are in Euro and inclusive of VAT.

Delivery costs will be indicated at the time of the purchase. For shipments outside the European Union, the buyer will bear the local VAT and potential importing taxes. GEMSI can not be taken responsible for that additional cost.

GEMSI will inform you of any such unforeseen event as soon as possible after its occurrence and it will perform its obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

GEMSI can not be taken responsible for the VAT and importing taxes when delivery happens outside the European Union.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium with exclusion of the UN Convention on the International Sales of Products. In case either party fails to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions, this does not constitute a waiver of such term or in any way affect the right to later enforce such term.
